Is Simple Sip a Canadian brand, and where are your products made?
Simple Sip is proudly based in Burnaby, British Columbia, and all of our milk alternatives are produced in Quebec.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Our oats are sourced from Canadian farmers, while our almonds come from the United States.
Are your products free from peanuts and tree nuts?
Almonds and cashews are the only tree nuts used on our production lines. Our facilities do not handle peanuts, hazelnuts, or other tree nuts. We also follow strict allergen control procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Do you use glyphosate on your oats?
We do not use glyphosate or chlormequat on our oats.
Are your products gluten-free and wheat-free?
Our beverages are gluten-free and wheat-free. However, they are not certified gluten-free.
Are Simple Sip products dairy-free and fully vegan?
Yes, all our products are dairy-free and 100% vegan.
Why is Tricalcium Phosphate used in your milk alternatives?
Tricalcium Phosphate is used as a stabilizer in our milk alternatives to help maintain a smooth, consistent texture and ensure the beverage stays well-balanced without affecting taste or mouthfeel.
Do Simple Sip milk alternatives need refrigeration, and how long do they last once opened?
Our products should always be kept refrigerated. After opening, we recommend consuming them within 7–10 days for the best quality and freshness.
Do Simple Sip beverages contain soy?
Our products are soy-free. While soy is present in our facilities, we have allergen management practices in place to help prevent cross-contact.
Why is oil added to your products?
Oil is added to create a creamier texture and a smoother mouthfeel in our beverages.
Can I consume your products after the best before date?
We recommend enjoying our beverages before the best before date. Once opened, they should be consumed within 7–10 days.
What are natural flavours made of?
Our natural flavours are derived from natural sources and do not contain synthetic flavouring ingredients.
Are your milk alternatives suitable for frothing?
Our products are not formulated for frothing. They are best served chilled or added to coffee and tea.
